This May, MENRI proudly celebrates its 5th anniversary in Bethesda.
For the past five years, we have dedicated ourselves to one purpose: sharing what we believe to be true Japanese ramen — shaped by the flavors, techniques, and food culture we grew up with in Japan.
With deep respect for Japanese ingredients, seasonal expressions, local producers, and constantly evolving craftsmanship, we have continued to pursue what we believe is the bowl we should create today.
To celebrate this moment, we created “5” — a special anniversary Mini Ramen Kaiseki by Menri Ikkuu.
More than just a tasting menu, this experience is our way of expressing gratitude through ramen as a full sensory experience — through aroma, texture, temperature, technique, and story.
A one-of-a-kind experience that can only exist at MENRI.
