Our cooking is rooted in deep respect for dashi,
the foundation of Japanese cuisine.
By carefully layering flavor through broth, aroma, texture,
and finish, we aim to create ramen that unfolds gradually—
from the first sip to the final bite.
Everything we serve is completely additive-free
and made in house, ingredients, seasonality, and our local environment.
We strive to create ramen that feels complete,
yet never overwhelming. Ramen that satisfies deeply,
while remaining gentle on the body.

A Husband-and-Wife Team
Ramen Menri is run by a husband-and-wife team.
One focused on crafting the bowl,
the other on creating the space and experience around it.
After years on separate paths,
we came together with a shared philosophy —
